Al Noor Polymer Industries, a mid-sized plastic products manufacturer in Oman, planned to expand its product range by adding small- and medium-diameter corrugated pipes for local electrical conduit and drainage applications. The customer required a production line capable of stable continuous extrusion, consistent pipe wall thickness, and reliable forming accuracy.

Automatic cutting system for consistent pipe length
Single-station coiler for organized winding of smaller diameters
The line was adjusted to match the customer's required production speed and pipe specifications.
A technical team conducted on-site installation and commissioning in Oman, ensuring full alignment of:

Cooling and vacuum settings
Coil formation and pipe tension control
Training was provided for operators on daily maintenance, mold change procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
